Do you have a sneaking suspicion that beneath all your hard work to prove your worth, and under all the positive messages about how ‘enough’ you are, there’s still an idea that “I’m not good enough”? You’re not alone. This core wound is based on difficult experiences that our brain tries to prove by 'logging evidence’, and has likely been doing so for some time. It shows up in pushing, Imposter Syndrome, perfectionism, achieving, dissociation, guilt and shame.
