Interrupt and rewire patterns of looping thoughts and replaying the past
Available spots
Service Description
How much of your daily energy is tied up in thinking, ruminating, replaying conversations, rehearsing outcomes and planning ten steps ahead? Overthinking and ruminating are very stimulating activities, and there are good survival reasons why we learn these skills and put them to use. The outcomes of thinking, planning and organizing may also feel useful, powerful and become part of our identity, so they can feel impossible to retrain. There may also be an attachment to old situations and relationships that parts of us are trying to resolve problems with, so the brain has taken on the job of resolving past and present hurts and fears - when stuck in this mental processing drain, it can feel difficult or impossible to move forwards. We will discuss what is happening here and how to make practical steps towards moving on and out of the stress and old negative emotions these kinds of patterns keeps us stuck in. Join us for a powerful workshop to reframe overthinking, and develop the simple and achievable skills to interrupt the patterns, and replace these energy drains with patterns that restore and strengthen energy. Unresolved loops mean we never stop processing, and no system can maintain constant ‘working-it-out’ mode. It’s time for a mental holiday! In the workshop you will gain: - A new way to relate to mental looping - Techniques to interrupt and retrain thinking processes - Exercises to practice your new skills - Q&A with your coach Date: 19th May 2026 Time: 4pm UK/ 8am PDT/ 11am EDT/ 5pm CEST Attend live or watch the recording, everyone that books get a live link and the recording sent via email. __________________ The online session can be taken live or purchased as a recording to engage with in your own time.
