I have had lifelong struggles with my physical and mental health. Throughout childhood I had allergies, stomach issues and reoccurring respiratory infections. By the time I left home at 18 I had very bad IBS symptoms, bouts of fatigue, depression and anxiety.
At age 30 I was worn out, hopelessly dependent on alcohol and drugs for energy, and depressed. A tooth infection was the final straw and I then spent 6 yrs with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, major digestive dysfunction, an eating disorder, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, and blood sugar disregulation.
So, I’ve been there. I know what is it to live with reoccurring and chronic illnesses. I understand how disempowering it can be to feel sabotaged by your own body. I really feel the pain, frustration and despair of living in dis-ease for a long time.
But that is why I am here, to spread the message and to offer my support in recovery from these kinds of debilitating and limiting illnesses. Because I have experienced first hand how to do it.
I am now trained as a coach specialising in chronic illness, an EFT and Matrix-Reimprinting Practitioner and teacher. I run courses and facilitate women’s circles, and offer 1-2-1 coaching for those wanting to find relief and healing from their own illness challenges.
I believe that these illnesses can be the portal into knowing, claiming and transforming into, our true selves. This transformation can heal the body. There is a beautiful quote by Barbara Rose that sums this up perfectly:
My coaching is designed around your needs and intentions. Sessions usually last an hour (shorter is possible if required) and usually include a few of the following:

time to explore specific issues in a safe, confidential space
gentle coaching techniques to overcome your challenges
guidance on structuring a healthful routine and pacing
reconnecting with your true desires and purpose
facilitating realistic commitment to change that supports healing (baby steps, always!)
