Working with our Perfectionist

Have you been using the Gupta Program to work with a perfectionist or overachiever part of yourself, trying to release the constant pressure, the pushing and over-doing that can drive us into exhaustion and defeat? At the heart of the perfectionist is a belief that love is conditional, your worth as a being is conditional on something or someone else. Rewiring this belief can powerfully help return the body to a healing state. It can take time and support. This one-off 90 minute workshop is designed to empower your retraining with the perfectionist to honour it’s intentions and skills, and get to the root of what the part really needs to safely release the pressure. You will gain: - Insights into what the Perfectionist Part is trying to do for you - A fully guided ART on working with the perfectionist - Guidance on how to find a new identity that serves your highest good - Space to share your experience and ask specific questions You can take the online session live or purchase the recording.
