In this one-off workshop we will look into what the different types of boundaries are, why they are important in retraining, and how we can set, maintain and adjust them for healing and beyond. So many nuggets of truth were presented that I go back again and again to my notes on the session.” Sue Camarados In this workshop I share some of the insights I have gained from a long journey of finding, setting and maintaining personal boundaries for healing and moving into a more joyful, fulfilling life. Boundaries are not about keeping other people out or keeping ourselves locked behind a barrier, rather, they are a conscious honouring of what we need and when we need it, and as such create room for deeper connection and intimacy. We need boundaries to retrain our brain, relax our nervous system, and re-engage with joy - the 3 central teachings of the Gupta Program. If we don't set boundaries, we don't have the time and space to do the work of healing. But boundaries can be difficult to identify, implement and maintain. Gain some powerful insights from someone who has been there! You will gain coaching on: * The different kinds of boundaries and what they could look like for you * Some benefits of setting and maintaining boundaries * Some reasons for resisting setting and maintaining boundaries * How to clear resistance to boundary setting * How to maintain a boundary and reduce self-sabotage * Setting goals for exploring new boundaries You will experience an embodied exercise in identifying resistance to boundary setting and be inspired to try new ways to set boundaries for yourself and with others.
