When thinking ‘I can not cope’ or ‘I can not handle things’, we could be experiencing a persistent sense of threat. There is a vulnerability in the assumption that we will not be able to cope. The thoughts may lead to a need to be vigilant, and a protective need to manage situations and ourselves to prevent the consequences of not being able to cope. This constant dysregulation can be a core pattern undermining health. How we frame life and its challenges makes all the difference to the way we function and experience life. And what we will be working towards in retraining turns out to be something much greater and even more exciting than ‘I can cope’ - we will explore the health-restoring truth buried beneath your own limiting belief, and set achievable goals to reinstall your unique truth into your system. Join us for this interactive workshop to examine the unique limiting belief that comes up for you, how the belief is triggering protective and managing parts and behaviours, and how to powerfully honour, release and reset the belief in a way that works for you. During this workshop, you will gain: * Coaching on where these beliefs may have originated to give you new choices on how to reframe and retrain them * Practices to explore, release and rewire the limiting beliefs * Guided exercises to build a strong foundation of safety and confidence in yourself * Question and answer session with Jen The online session can be taken live or purchased as a recording to engage with in your own time.
