Service Description

A sense of autonomy, independence, confidence in yourself and freedom from others' demands and needs are foundational to the healing process. You deserve to feel safe and supported to be authentic and true to your nature, needs and interests before the expectations, opinions and behaviours of others. When your focus is outward on others - when we are looking at others for a sense of safety, self, value and permission to exist independently from others - we can never be free and it is difficult to build safety into the nervous system. I will lead you through guided talks, exercises and sharing to support the retraining of feeling over-responsible, unable to stay present in your body and serve your own needs before those of others, and practice letting go of control, as well as learning how to not feel controlled by others or controlled by patterns/ beliefs that keep us stuck. A shift at this deep level to self-awareness, self-respect and self-value may be the missing piece in your own healing journey. Join us for a series of 5 x 90 min sessions, every 2 weeks, focussing on developing a strong and healthy sense what is our responsibility and what is not our responsibility; redefining what responsibility is and what other people are actually asking for, and reclaim your autonomy, presence and security in yourself and in life. The online sessions can be taken live or purchased as recordings to engage with in your own time. If in attendance live, you will have the chance to ask questions and share your experience. If taken as recordings, you can ask questions between sessions via email. * If you can not attend the session, you will be sent the recording.
