EFT is a mind-body practice that involves tapping on the body near the end points of your energy Meridians (in Chinese Medicine these are pathways in the body along which vital energy is said to flow) whilst tuning into an emotional or physical problem. 

This can have profoundly positive effects on your emotional and physical health, freeing you from dis-ease and limits to your true health and happiness.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a body-mind practice that can be done alone or with a practitioner. Whilst gently tapping on some Meridian points around the head and upper body, you tune in to a problem - whether it be physical, emotional, spiritual - attempting to heal stored negative emotions, restoring balance, peace and health to your system. 

EFT or “tapping” is used by people across the globe to transform the way we respond to uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and troubling memories (with pain, tension or stress, for example). It has also been shown to have dramatic effects on physical symptoms such as pain and chronic illnesses.


Whether it is used alone or together with an experienced practitioner, EFT can bring surprising – and lasting – relief, change our perspective on things in our life, unblock barriers we believe are holding us back, change physical pains and sensations, transform chronic illness patterns and bring the balance and flow of peace and fulfilment to our lives.
